"I have been amazed by the effect of the implant. I have seen symptom resolutions of dramatic bunion and achilles tendon pathologies that were scheduled for corrective procedures that had an isolated implant without secondary procedures. I have seen the reversal of shin splints, knee pain, hip and back pathology. Several people did not want the bunion or achilles tendon sugeries, had a HyProCure and are thrilled.
"I am astounded and see my whole approach to practice (biomechanically and surgically) changing dramatically. My patients are thrilled. All are having the second foot done. I have done a vertical talus correction in a 7 year old. I had a grade 4 bunion that screamed for corrective realignment that responded astoundingly. It did not need correction after the HyProCure."

"I have been using the HyProCure for three years and some 50 procedures. I have to say I have been surprised by the results.
"Having an 8 year old win Player of the Day in soccer five weeks post-op, when he previously had quit playing because of pain, is just incredible. I saw another boy skiing, one year post-op because he fractured his fibula. Before surgery, he couldn't balance on one foot.
"The adults take longer to get used to the implant, but they have good results as well.Training with Dr. Graham is essential. The procedure is a bit more technical than it looks.
"It is a great feeling to correct a serious deformity that formerly suffered orthotic neglect. The elation when the patient gets off the table and sees his foot standing straight for the first time is goose pimpling!
"Thank you, Dr. Graham, for making this possible."

"I initially started using HyProCure as a confirmed skeptic about a year and a half ago. My skepticism was based upon failures with predecessors, and 'supposed' similar products, to HyProCure. After attending a live training seminar, I returned to my practice with a new concept that made complete sense to me. Our practice was a rather typical sports med/reconstructive surgical practice and on an average offered approximately 50 orthotic prescriptions per month. We ran four separate trials of utilizing the HyProCure internal fixation device in patients mostly suffering from more chronic problems such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis and posterior tibial tendon dysfunction. The outcomes were absolutely amazing… Word of mouth brought in a fourfold increase in patient referrals leading me to 10 – 15 cases per week.
"To this date I have not had to remove any, and have experienced overwhelming patient satisfaction. The sheer joy of seeing these patients a week post-op has more than rejuvenated our 25-year practice. This modality of care is truly the most revolutionary positive change in the practice of medicine that I have seen in my tenure!"

"I have now been a certified podiatrist performing the HyProCure stent surgery for over two years. I have been in practice for 20 years in Randolph, Massachusetts and this has been the most significant change in my practice. The ability to treat the etiology of so many biomechanical pathologies has made a profoundly positive effect on my practice and patients.
"Dr. Graham, who certified me and teaches the course, is not only a brilliant individual, but also a man of great integrity who makes you feel good about the use of this cost-effective and excellent surgical product.
"I have done more than 115 surgeries in the last two and a half years, and I am very pleased with the consistency of the results, as are my patients. It is vital to any podiatrist who is serious about treating patients in a cost-effective, ethical, and positive manner to investigate the HyProCure product and surgery. It separates itself from any products used in the past for talotarsal subluxation."

"I have used HyProCure quite a few times and I feel that it is a very effective and anatomically correct device to treat talotarsal dislocation syndrome and other pathologies associated with TTDS. It is very simple to perform and I have found that, from my experience, children tolerate and respond well to the device… Overall, I think it is a great versatile product and I constantly recommend it to my patients who are candidates for its usage."

"I've been using HyProCure for over two years and I've performed hundreds of cases. In short, this procedure is phenomenal compared to anything else, and the results for me have been very successful. I see it as the Lasik(tm) of foot surgery, because it's safe and minimally invasive. It's fast; it's affordable; and it's incredibly life changing.
"I have many patients who come in with problems not only in their feet, but also their back, knees, hips, even neck. And after both feet get the HyProCure implant, all of those symptoms go away. One particular case I can recall is a professional beach volleyball player who could not use his orthotics during games and training, and his foot pain and back pain were beginning to really affect him. The HyProCure solution was perfect for him. After both feet were completed, he was fixed for good and all of his symptoms went away. He couldn't thank me enough. In fact, I have had many cases where patients come into my office in tears thanking me and hugging me because so many of their 'old' problems have magically disappeared after fixing their feet. Even many of my obese patients come in looking much, much thinner several months later because they can be a lot more active in their lifestyles after the procedure. It is very rewarding as a doctor to experience all of this.
"This procedure is safe and the recovery is very fast. I have my patients in regular shoes and doing normal activities within a week. It's a true state-of-the-art treatment, like nothing else on the market by far. It addresses the problem very comprehensively and that's the key to the solution. There's nothing like it."

"The HyProCure system is a very easy procedure, both for the patient and the doctor. There is no need for complicated imagery or follow-up. It simply works every time and provides the best anatomic correction."

"I have been a user of the HyProCure system for treatment of hyperpronation for the past three years. I have performed a large number of cases during this time and have seen results in my patients that are truly life-changing. Most of these patients had suffered greatly with painful flat feet, back, hip, and sometimes even neck and shoulder problems because of their abnormal gait pattern. They had tried many over-the counter and/or prescription orthoses, which had not solved their condition, until HyProCure truly resolved their problems.
"Patients are satisified with the results and the short-term recovery process. They are able to return to normal activities quickly and truly enjoy participating again in many things that they were not doing prior to the procedure. There is not any another surgical implant device like HyProCure because it is the only device that anatomically fits the foot (sinus tarsi and canalis), and this is what makes the real difference. The device is easily removable if there are complications, which is very rare.
"This procedure is covered under most insurance plans and is quite cost-effective for the patient because of the short out-patient procedure time involved as well as the immediate recovery from the procedure.
"Based on my patient population who are satisfied with the outcome of the HyProCure implant/stent procedure, I would highly recommend to any foot surgeon to consider using it in cases where flexible flat foot correction is needed."

"I have been using HyProCure for approximately two years now and am quite pleased with the results. Up until this point, the use of subtalar joint implants has been poor because of the quality of the implant itself. The theory behind the procedure is excellent and the results are phenomenal. The invention of HyProCure and its design have changed the subtalar joint arthroeresis procedure dramatically. I am truly amazed at the ease and quickness of the procedure, as well as the response from the patient, and the overall response, not just to the foot, but to the entire lower extremities. We have a number of patients whom we see because of hip and back pain and once the HyProCure is put in place, all the lower extremity discomforts go away. Not only does this make a true difference in patients’ lives, but it is also a financial advantage for us as physicians.
"We have been performing the procedure mostly in the office under local anesthesia with some oral sedation. The procedure is very quick and easy. The patients are up and walking the same day and we have a very high success ratio. To date, I have done over 315 cases and only removed two. Some of our patients not only have responded quite nicely, but they have gone back to full duties at work as early as one to two days after the procedure. We have also performed this procedure on a number of early-teenage children who have responded quite nicely, to the point where they were not only pain free relatively quickly, but their long-term knee pain had dissipated, as well."
